Celebrating Women's Day, Iraqi Kurdistan - Photography

In March I travelled to Iraqi Kurdistan with the International Organisation of Migration (IOM) to visit some of the Syrian refugee camps there. Around 220,000 registered Syrian refugees have fled to Iraq so far; over 40% of them live in refugee camps scattered across the Kurdistan region of Iraq. IOM organised events in two refugee camps outside the capital city of Erbil, Darashakran and Basirma refugee camps, to celebrate International Women's Day (IWD). Here are my photos:
